We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not operate third-party advertising networks or behavioural profiling tools on this website.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing. Your enquiry details are accessed only by the individuals at MAC Media directly involved in managing your enquiry. If you accept analytics cookies, usage information is processed on our behalf by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), which may handle it outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards. Neither service is used for advertising, and neither receives your name or contact details.

DATA RETENTION.
Correspondence is retained for the duration of our working relationship or as required by applicable law. Where no partnership is established, we will remove your details upon request. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Analytics information is kept for no longer than fourteen months.

This website does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and are set only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice. They come from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and help us understand how the site is used, including through heatmaps and session recordings in which anything typed into a form is masked. Choosing Decline sets none of them. We keep a record of your choice in your browser so that we do not ask again.
